About the Senior UX Researcher Role at Keylane

Keylane is expanding its UX function and seeks a Senior UX Researcher to deepen understanding of customers, users, and product ecosystems. This role is pivotal in shaping how Keylane uncovers insights, validates direction, and informs product decisions across its portfolio. You will ensure solutions are not only functional, but also usable, valuable, and aligned with real user needs.

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be responsible for elevating the understanding of users and customer needs across Keylane’s products. You will design and scale research practices, partner deeply with Product and UX Design teams, and build the insights foundation that informs product strategy, prioritization, and experience quality. You will report directly to the Head of UX.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generative and evaluative research projects across various product teams.
• Build and maintain robust research operations, including repositories, templates, and taxonomies.
• Translate complex user insights into actionable artifacts that influence product strategy and roadmaps.
• Support and drive usability and accessibility improvements across all product experiences.
• Combine qualitative insights with quantitative product data and market understanding for holistic analysis.
• Guide product teams in effective problem framing and continuous discovery practices.
• Mentor designers and Product Managers on research techniques and evidence-based decision making.
• Drive a user-centric culture by socializing findings in compelling and strategically impactful ways.

Keylane Offers

• A competitive monthly gross salary for a senior candidate between €6,000 and €7,000 based on a 40-hour work week.
