Overview
The Enterprise Data & Risk Analytics Risk Lead at KeyBank will support the EDAS Strategic Risk Enablement Leader in executing first-line risk management functions. The role involves data risk identification, operational documentation, control development, exam and audit support, remediation of findings, and management of risk-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document data risk activities and controls.
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and stakeholder communications.
- Support regulatory exam management and status updates.
- Assist in developing repeatable operational processes.
- Provide risk guidance and collaborate with business partners.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Management, Data Governance, Finance, or MIS along with 4-6 years of relevant experience. Must possess strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Proven project management, leadership in cross-functional meetings and experience interacting with senior leadership are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Risk Management and Controls Experience
- Data & Analytics Risk Governance Experience
- Experience with GRC Archer and Monday.com
- Strong command of Excel and DCAM certification
- Thought leadership and conflict resolution skills
Compensation & Benefits
The position offers a base salary in the range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, with additional incentives based on performance. Flexible work options are available with a preference for in-office presence.
