Role Summary

The Commercial AI Commercialization & Enablement Lead will drive organizational readiness, build AI literacy, and enable business teams to integrate AI into their workflows, ensuring commercial strategies translate to measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves partnering with the Commercial Bank AI team to define and execute commercialization strategies. Responsibilities include:

  • Translating AI capabilities into actionable business value propositions.
  • Supporting go-to-market planning and internal positioning for AI initiatives.
  • Developing readiness strategies to support AI adoption.
  • Utilizing adoption learning tools like WalkMe for contextual learning.
  • Addressing organizational, cultural, and skills barriers to AI.
  • Establishing success metrics and feedback loops to monitor adoption.
  • Designing and delivering scalable enablement programs.
  • Championing responsible AI practices and fostering innovation.
  • Acting as liaison between technical teams and business units.
  • Communicating complex AI concepts in accessible language.
  • Promoting success stories to build momentum in AI initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in enablement, product commercialization, digital transformation, or organizational change roles. A strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their business applications is essential. Excellent communication, facilitation, and planning skills are required, with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Skills

Experience in instructional design, adult learning, or organizational development is preferred, along with familiarity with AI governance and agile environments. A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure adoption impact is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits

This role offers a base salary between $71,000 and $85,000 annually, plus eligibility for short-term and deferred incentive compensation based on performance. KeyBank also offers a flexible in-office presence with mobile options where effective.
