Job Overview: Supply Chain Planner

As a Supply Chain Planner at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Knoxville, TN, you will be instrumental in translating diverse demand signals into efficient production schedules. This role requires close collaboration with multi-site production planning, site operations, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and distribution/logistics teams. You will be responsible for accurate data entry into SAP for schedules and supporting data elements, ensuring seamless coverage for finished good product scheduling.

What You Will Do:

  • Evaluate multiple demand signals to create production schedules that meet customer requirements and optimize production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with planners, customers, sales, corporate, and plant management to prioritize, manage, and quickly adjust schedules.
  • Work with maintenance, quality, production, and distribution to minimize unplanned downtime and increase machine availability through schedule optimization, supporting SOPs and TPM programs.
  • Contribute to the site's zero injury goal by promoting safety culture, conducting observations and audits, enforcing safety programs, and completing required training.
  • Drive 'right first time' performance to achieve zero-defect and enhance customer experience through process audits and leading Root Cause Corrective Action efforts.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives to streamline scheduling, material flow, and equipment efficiency, boosting capacity and reducing operating expenses.
  • Provide leadership and support to operations teams, participating in various site operational meetings.
  • Fulfill leadership responsibilities aligned with the organization's TPM and High Performing Team Principles.
  • Participate in the full employee lifecycle, from interviewing and hiring to coaching and developing associates in material quality and specification knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of motivation, coaching, and development for diverse, high-performing teams to meet goals and build organizational capability.

Total Rewards:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $62,500 - $75,000 annually, with actual placement depending on experience and skills. Benefits are eligible from day one and include Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement. An annual bonus is also available based on performance and eligibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing or manufacturing-adjacent environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency with SAP or similar manufacturing tracking systems is preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience is required.
