Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is a dynamic beverage company with more than 125 recognized brands. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will coach leaders, implement people strategies, and drive diversity and inclusion efforts while collaborating with business partners and Centers of Excellence.

This role is based in Irving, TX with a hybrid work arrangement (onsite 4 days, remote 1 day).

Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop leaders in people management.
  • Lead HR projects and change management deployments.
  • Manage employee and labor relations inquiries.
  • Partner with COE teams for policy compliance and HR systems.
  • Support Talent Acquisition and report on open positions.
  • Apply analytical skills to synthesize HR data.
  • Develop communication materials and correspondence.
  • Travel to support multiple locations if required.

Total Rewards & Requirements

Salary range between $76,400 and $118,800 plus robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and potential annual bonus. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience and 4-6 years progressive HR experience in fast-paced environments. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with collective bargaining are required.
