Job Overview
The Reset Specialist role for Greater Knoxville, TN involves providing large scale resets of display merchandising to assigned stores. You will coordinate with Sales Representatives and Managers to deliver and execute merchandising schedules, support top brands including 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and others, and build effective relationships with store personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Execute large scale display resets for assigned stores.
- Coordinate delivery and merchandising schedules with Sales teams.
- Build relationships with store personnel to assure customer satisfaction.
- Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives.
- Provide feedback on competitor activities.
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 1st shift starting at 6:00 am. Starting pay is $19.13 per hour with an increase after 6 months based on performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of reset or retail merchandising experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and push/pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license required.
