We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will partner closely with our Director of Talent Acquisition and network recruiters to fill roles for our Creative, Production, Technology, Strategy, and Operations partners.
This is a role for someone who loves building relationships with hiring teams and candidates in support of a fast-paced creative organization. Our ideal candidate is a recruiting generalist who brings a thoughtful, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate fast-moving environments with calm, clarity, and sound judgment.

- Experience closing junior to senior level positions, and the ability to carry the conversation with hiring managers and leadership teams

- The ability to work West Coast hours, or be based on the West Coast
- 3-5+ years as a Recruiter in a digital agency or in-house creative environment
Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end recruitment for assigned roles from hiring manager brief to candidate sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand ideal candidate profiles for current and future business needs
- Guide candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment process keeping everyone updated and engaged along the way
- Track candidates in Greenhouse to ensure accurate and up to date records
- Proactively build a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
- Provide a best in class candidate experience
- Source and engage with amazing people by leveraging conventional and unconventional methods to find the best candidates out there
