Job Description

As part of the Tech team, composed of 10 employees, you will participate in the development, configuration, and evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. Supported by the team, you will work on various topics combining development, automation, integrations, and user support. You will contribute to improving our internal tools, fixing bugs, developing new features, and evolving our CRM to meet the needs of business teams.

Your Missions

• Fix bugs and develop new features in Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Handle Salesforce configurations (Validation Rules, Flexipages, automations, etc.).
• Write Apex tests.
• Participate in code reviews (PR GitHub) and the team's Git workflow.
• Contribute to API integrations (Aircall, Chargebee, Google Drive, etc.).
• Explore our AI topics: Einstein GenAI, Prompt Templates, Work summaries...
• Support users.

Candidate Profile

You have a Master's degree (BAC + 5) and ideally, previous experience as a Salesforce developer, with solid foundations in OOP (Java/C#/Apex) and JavaScript. You have knowledge of Git, SOQL, and REST APIs. You are comfortable with third-party tool integration and have a strong understanding of CRM architectures. You are pedagogical, service-oriented, and a team player. You are analytical and synthetic, enjoying solving complex technical problems. Bonus: you know Trailhead.
