Your opportunity

In this role, you will lead all the main digital media channels (Paid Social, Direct & Programmatic Display, Video, Integrated SEA/SEO) in partnership with our Global media agency and side by side with all the Kering brands media teams.

How you will contribute

  • Be responsible for digital media channels’ performance, efficiency and full-funnel optimizations.
  • Support brands with meaningful analyses, best practices, benchmarks, cross-channels KPIs, competitive monitoring.
  • Oversee digital media tests to translate into business oriented actionable recommendations (e.g. optimal spending level, omnichannel tactics, CRM-Media synergies, etc.).
  • Cross-brand measurement frameworks implementation for Paid Social, Display/Video, and Search. Align brand teams on consistent KPIs.
  • Ensure fluency with media-tech projects such as signal loss mitigation, pixel/server-side tracking, consent frameworks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, in a “project mode”, with the other functions of the Kering strategy and development department (Client & Strategic projects), as well as with the Kering Media APAC hub.
  • Challenge agency digital stakeholders and ensure that appropriate service level is in place (contracts, SOW, relationships, performance, deliveries, etc.).
  • Proactively research and keep up to date with innovation (e.g. AI in search, LLM trends, platforms trends) in the media and marketing space. Identify new tools and services that could support digital media activities, and when required, set up and negotiate with new providers.
  • Implement and evolve as needed the Group’s digital media guidelines and ensure compliance across brands and markets. Lead internal upskilling sessions, playbooks, and cross-brand workshops to elevate digital media maturity.

Who you are

We’re looking for a team player with a can-do attitude to work in a global environment.

You have:

  • Solid digital media expertise in a senior role (10+ years preferably agency side or consulting, or brand) with a detailed knowledge of all the key branding and performance digital channels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive recommendations and actions to ensure excellence in execution.
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of MMM is a plus.
  • Ability to work with agility and speed in an ever-evolving environment.
  • Optimal communication skills. English is mandatory, French and Italian are a plus.
  • Luxury/Retail business knowledge and affinity (plus).
