Medical Strategy and Knowledge Advancement Intern
The Medical Strategy and Knowledge Advancement Intern facilitates operations and explores and analyzes new operational functions under the guidance of department managers.
Essential Functions
- See through projects assigned by managers from start to finish, document progress, and present results.
- Support the sales team in the field by providing marketing material, products, data, and analytical insights.
- Ensure activities comply with company standards and government regulations (e.g., HIPAA) after receiving training.
- Help maintain the CRM system for accuracy.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable communication and collection.
- Process and label sensitive data.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Education & Experience
Enrollment in or recent graduation from an associate, bachelor, or graduate program at an accredited institution.
Additional Information
This temporary role can be full- or part-time and reports to the Manager of Training & Events. Duties and responsibilities may change over time.
