Overview

The Activation team interfaces between clients and the business. They are responsible for building strong client relationships and delivering award-winning digital campaigns. The team is accountable for supporting client business growth through new digital channels, measurement journeys, innovative optimization solutions, and educational workshops.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Analyst at Kepler, you will join an experienced team responsible for the success of client campaigns. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training, the opportunity to work with high-profile global brands, and invaluable insights into digital marketing. On a daily basis, you will oversee campaigns, manage campaign setups, optimize performance, compile weekly reports, attend client calls, and provide trafficking support when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Manage, plan, and optimize digital campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly reports detailing campaign actions and impacts.
  • Participate in client meetings and calls as a point of contact.
  • Gain hands-on experience with various digital advertising channels.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
  • Passion for digital media, advertising, and technology.
  • Strong numerical skills and comfort with data analysis.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Basic familiarity with Google, Facebook, or Amazon advertising is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

The starting salary for this role is £28,000 per annum. Benefits include 25 days annual leave (increasing to 28 days after 3 years), an option to buy additional leave, healthcare cash plan, monthly wellness allowance, cycle and season ticket schemes, hybrid working arrangements including up to 4 weeks of Work from Anywhere per year, flexible start and finish times, company pension contributions, enhanced parental leave, annual tuition budgets, mobile and broadband reimbursements, working from home equipment budget, weekly free fruit and drinks, and regular social events.
