By joining our community, you support VA-ESOM End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Support government IT systems with installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver remote and desk-side technical support via IT tickets.
- Setup and maintain user accounts and manage Active Directory tasks.
- Monitor ServiceNow tickets and report discrepancies with corrective actions.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and equipment handling.
Travel & Work Environment
This role is based at Olin E. Teague VA Medical Center in Temple, TX. Occasional travel up to two weeks may occur for surge capacity; overtime is not authorized, and travel expenses are reimbursed per Kentro policy.
Health and Clearance Requirements
Candidates must meet vaccination and testing requirements specific to the VHA and be a US Citizen or Green card holder eligible for a Public Trust Suitability clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Routine system administration experience and log maintenance
- Knowledge of debugging protocols and IT principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows system administration
