About the Role
At Kentico, the Marketing Operations Specialist helps ensure our marketing engine runs smoothly and scales effectively. This role requires a strong business mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage data, systems, teams, and geographies in a fast-paced, global environment.
What You Will Do
- Process Optimization: Streamline marketing workflows to improve campaign execution, lead management, outbound communications, and reporting.
- Marketing Technology: Own and optimize the marketing technology stack including CRM, CMS, ZoomInfo, Outreach, analytics, marketing automation, and reporting tools.
- Data Management: Maintain data accuracy and integrity through enrichment, segmentation, and list development while ensuring compliance with data privacy requirements.
- Marketing Automation: Build, manage, and optimize automation programs to support compliant outbound communications and nurture flows.
- Analytics & Insights: Analyze marketing performance with dashboards and reports to track KPIs and inform decision-making.
- Enablement & Support: Provide training and support to the marketing team on tools and best practices.
Who You Are
You have 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment. You are experienced with CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), marketing automation and CMS tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), and analytics tools (Power BI, Google Analytics). Experience with ZoomInfo or Lusha is a plus. A hybrid working model is available with flexibility between home and office in Brno or Prague.
