About the Role
Kensington is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its dynamic team. In this role, you will manage high-volume recruitment mandates, especially focusing on travel sales talent in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle high-volume recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Source quality candidates and develop a strong talent pipeline outside of standard applications.
- Implement effective recruitment strategies targeted at the travel industry.
- Utilize market intelligence and data-driven insights for hiring decisions.
- Maintain compliance with accurate recruiting data and candidate notes.
- Prioritize candidate experience with timely communication and professionalism.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and handle ad hoc recruitment tasks.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years recruiting experience; high-volume recruitment experience is an asset.
- Experience recruiting sales professionals, particularly travel sales, is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with outstanding communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS systems; experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
