Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Social Marketing Fenty Beauty is tasked with developing and executing Fenty Beauty's social media strategy across YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram Broadcast, and other channels. This role focuses on building brand awareness, community engagement, and supporting business goals with a test, learn, and scale mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead social media strategy and create the Fenty Beauty social playbook for YouTube and Pinterest.
  • Implement community management strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Lead organic social strategy across platforms including planning and reporting.
  • Collaborate with global partners to establish Fenty Beauty on both owned and retailer channels.
  • Manage budget, forecasting, and track social media performance metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Brand Management, eComm, and international teams.
  • Oversee content scheduling, copywriting, and community management on at least one platform.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Stay updated on pop culture, digital innovation, and emerging social media trends.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in social media marketing with increasing responsibility.
  • Proven team leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and social media trends.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Creative with a strong eye for disruptive content.
  • Experience in using social media management tools like Dash Hudson.
  • Exceptional writing, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
