About Kendall Ford Service Advisor

Kendall Auto Group, one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Service Advisor at Kendall Ford of Bozeman. This is a fast-paced role within a highly interactive service department that caters to a large, loyal customer base.

Role Responsibilities

The Kendall Ford Service Advisor will interface with customers, technicians, and salespersons to:

  • Identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance services
  • Verify work accuracy and proper diagnosis
  • Research vehicle history and offer educated recommendations
  • Input and maintain detailed customer information
  • Efficiently schedule service appointments and communicate via telephone, email, and chat systems

Job Requirements

Preferred candidates will have at least 2 years of service writing experience, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and a sound knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance. High-level customer service skills, strong work ethics, excellent time management, and effective communication are essential.

Work Environment

The role is primarily indoors, involving computer work, some standing/walking, and frequent telephone use throughout the work shift.
