Role Overview
As the Automotive Sales Manager, you will grow the sales department by coaching and supporting sales staff. Your responsibilities include assisting in closing sales, participating in price negotiations, appraising vehicles, leading sales meetings and trainings, supervising staff for policy compliance, and managing a profitable vehicle inventory. You are expected to maintain compliance with laws and regulations, as well as uphold superior customer service standards.

Requirements
At least 1-2 years' work experience in vehicle sales, with previous management and automotive finance experience. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Evening and weekend availability with potential extended hours is required.
