About the Position

This Forklift Operator II - Weekend Shift is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of powered industrial equipment. The role includes moving, loading, unloading, stacking products, scanning for inventory, and completing associated paperwork.

• Operate various powered industrial equipment safely.
• Load, unload, transport, and store materials.
• Utilize scanning equipment and manage inventory systems.
• Perform daily safety inspections and cycle counts.
• Maintain facility readiness for audits and customer needs.

Qualifications & Competencies

Minimum two years of forklift operating experience along with a valid or obtainable license is required. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to pass background and drug screens are essential.

Key competencies include being action oriented, collaborative, capable in decision quality, process optimization, and situational adaptability.
