Ken Research is looking for a Management Trainee – Brand & Communications to join its brand function and support the development of high-quality communication assets across external and internal touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Write clear, engaging, and well-structured content for brand and communication needs across formats such as articles, website copy, social media, PR content, corporate communication material, and campaign support assets. Support the creation of communication pieces that simplify complex ideas into clear and audience-friendly messaging. Assist in developing content that reflects Ken Research’s brand positioning, business credibility, and market-facing communication standards.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all written material is aligned with Ken Research’s tone, voice, and messaging principles. Maintain consistency across communication touchpoints, including internal and external brand assets. Support the team in ensuring communication output strengthens brand clarity and trust.
- Research & Strategic Support: Assist with market scans, competitor reviews, communication benchmarking, and basic research to support brand planning and positioning. Gather and organize inputs that help the team create stronger narratives and sharper messaging. Contribute to converting research-backed information into communication-ready output.
- Communications Support: Support internal and external communication initiatives including announcements, brand narratives, campaign material, and business communication drafts. Work with the wider team to ensure communication assets are clear, compelling, and professionally presented. Help prepare content that supports brand visibility, engagement, and perception building.
- Creative Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, themes, storytelling ideas, and communication concepts.
