Field Connect Administrator
Kelvin Group is seeking a dedicated Field Connect Administrator to act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Field Connect platform. This role is crucial for supporting the integration of newly acquired companies into Kelvin Group's existing platforms. The position requires occasional travel within the U.S. to various company locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for the Field Connect platform.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and integrations with the Spectrum ERP system.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and synchronization issues between Field Connect, mobile devices, and ERP data.
- Coordinate with the vendor and internal teams for issue resolution, upgrades, and deployments.
- Support field technicians and office staff with Field Connect access and usage issues.
- Support the integration of newly acquired companies into the Field Connect platform.
Requirements
- Experience administering FieldConnect field service management tool.
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support, systems administration, or endpoint management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaboratively across distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. for integration or support trips as needed.
