Serving hundreds of thousands of clients in litigation and arbitration, we have prosecuted high-profile mass tort, antitrust, privacy, product liability, employment, and consumer-rights cases. Our firm also acts as plaintiffs' counsel in high-stakes public-enforcement actions. Our mission is to achieve exceptional results for our clients, drive innovation in the practice of law, and pursue unparalleled excellence in everything we do.

Purpose:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our Client Services team. This is a full-time, remote position. Compensation for the position is an annual base salary of $50,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus the role is eligible for a year-end discretionary bonus and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT and Client Services teams to gather and document system enhancement requests.
  • Assist in writing clear and concise business requirements and documenting them.
  • Help analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business needs into action with support from our Strategic Operations Business Analyst.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in generating and analyzing reports using Excel, Salesforce, and Sigma to support team goals.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system features and enhancements.
  • Process administrative work including running skip traces and sending SMS blasts.
  • Help develop and update training materials and assist with user training when needed.
  • Provide general project support, including maintaining project timelines and tracking progress, and perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of documenting processes and using flowcharting tools (e.g., Lucidchart or similar).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exposure to Salesforce, Sigma, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1 year or more of experience in a business analysis, operations, or project coordination role is preferred.
  • Exposure to tools such as Salesforce, Azure DevOps, or Lucidchart is a plus.

Language Ability:
