Position Summary

The District Sales Manager - NY NJ New England role is a remote-based position (with ~70% travel) responsible for managing and expanding relationships with Key Accounts, System Integrators, local Dealers and Distributors, and Design Engineers. The role targets growth within the Intrusion Alarm and Access Control product portfolio and requires meeting sales quota and specific account objectives for partners of Radionix, a Keenfinity Group company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Intrusion and Access Control portfolios of Radionix/Bosch products.
  • Establish productive relationships with Account Managers, Operations Managers, and Design Engineers.
  • Manage and update CRM with key contacts and detailed pipeline information.
  • Develop and manage a project pipeline to drive incremental revenue.
  • Attend regional road shows, industry meetings, and trade associations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner with Key and Enterprise Account Managers.
  • Provide market feedback and product requirements to internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years in technical sales and experience engaging with influencers in organizations.
  • Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong strategic planning and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to travel at least 70% across NY, NJ and New England.

Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$110,000 annually and includes commission eligibility. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no future sponsorship).
