Role Overview

The District Sales Manager - Southeastern U.S. is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with Key Accounts, System Integrators, local Dealers, and Distributors. This role focuses on growing our Intrusion Alarm and Access Control portfolio and meeting sales quotas and account objectives for local, national, and global partners of Radionix, a Keenfinity Group company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the Intrusion and Access Control portfolios of Radionix/Bosch products.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with branch networks.
  • Support Design Engineers within the assigned district or region.
  • Meet sales volume and strategic target objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools to update customer engagement and pipeline data.
  • Develop and manage a project pipeline for incremental revenue.
  • Participate in regional road shows, industry, and trade events.
  • Provide market feedback and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Key and Enterprise Account Managers on strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with partners like Genetec and Brivo to drive new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field preferred, or commensurate experience in Security Sales.
  • Minimum of 7 years in Technical Sales.
  • Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong strategic market planning abilities.
  • Ability to travel at least 70% within the Southeastern U.S.

Additional Information

This full-time role offers a base salary between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, plus commission. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabled individuals. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and note that future sponsorship is not available.
