Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and prepare deliverables for multiple land development projects.
  • Track project progress and update stakeholders with clear scheduling.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to meet project objectives.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate with teams to secure permits and approvals.
  • Assist with project proposals, cost estimates, and feasibility studies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and identify future opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required along with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Pre-employment drug screening, background, and motor vehicle checks may be required.
