Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support brand marketing, integrated marketing, and marketing operations to drive the seamless execution of key initiatives across Global, North America, and Licensing. This role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing seasonal marketing requirements including briefing, routing, and tracking creative assets.
- Coordinate deliverables and approvals with licensing, global partners, and internal teams.
- Attend meetings, document action items, and manage status updates.
- Support marketing briefs, go-to-market planning, and special projects.
- Utilize marketing data analytics to support operation projects.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or marketing operations.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands preferred.
- Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
