Position Overview
The Instructional Designer designs, develops, and implements engaging learning experiences for Kaseya employees and customers. This role uses adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and technology to create high-quality training content that drives knowledge retention and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess training needs and define learning objectives.
- Design and develop e-learning modules, ILT, webinars, and blended solutions.
- Utilize instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, interactive learning activities, and assessments.
- Ensure all materials align with Kaseya brand standards and measure training effectiveness.
- Support LMS administration and stay current with design trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of instructional design experience in technology or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency with e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Camtasia.
- Experience with LMS platforms such as Docebo or Cornerstone.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum development.
