About the role
Product App & Business Analyst
We are looking for a Product App & Business Analyst to strengthen our Digital Transformation journey. In this role, you combine product ownership with business analysis: you manage and improve our product apps while supporting digital projects across the organization. You work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our digital solutions are impactful, scalable, and future-proof. You will play a key role in bringing our apps and digital landscape to the next level, directly contributing to strengthening our market position.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and further developing our product apps, coordinating with external developers, and ensuring smooth releases and continuous improvements.
- Acting as the link between business and IT by gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, and translating needs into practical solutions.
- Supporting digital projects end-to-end, from ideation and prioritization to delivery and adoption.
- Monitoring performance, collecting user feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve user experience and functionality.
- Driving structure and efficiency by improving processes, tools, and ways of working across digital teams.
- Supporting testing, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality delivery of digital solutions.
Job Requirements:
What we are looking for:
- A structured and proactive professional who enjoys working at the intersection of business and IT.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role (e.g. Product, Business Analysis, or Digital Projects).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- A hands-on mindset and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working with different stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift.
- Experience with digital tools or IT delivery processes is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
