About the Sales Coordinator Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Manager in the SEE region. Join a fast-paced, international environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and supply chain excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Sales Manager in daily activities.
  • Act as the primary contact for partners regarding orders, deliveries, availability, and commercial issues.
  • Monitor and follow up on shipments, collaborating with logistics and customer service teams.
  • Ensure accurate and timely setup of products, prices, and partner conditions in internal systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (finance, logistics, planning, accounting) to support sales processes.
  • Keep partners and systems updated with relevant information.
  • Assist with negotiations, prepare materials, and contribute to promotional and trade marketing activities.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or coordination roles.
  • Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
  • Fluent in English and Croatian/Serbian.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
