About the Role
Karrier Hungária is seeking a Commercial Controller to join a leading global agricultural machinery company. This high-impact role drives margin, pricing, and profitable growth across Europe’s Harvesting business, ideal for professionals with 4-5 years of experience in commercial finance, pricing, or sales operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze discount reserves across markets and program types, providing critical insights to regional leadership.
- Ensure discount programs are aligned with corporate pricing policies and financial objectives.
- Monitor discount usage to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Improve discount tracking and approval processes, supporting automation and digital tools.
- Partner with Marketing to evaluate and optimize new discount initiatives from a financial perspective.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 4-5 years’ experience in commercial finance, pricing, or sales operations, ideally within a multinational B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, effective across diverse cultures and functions.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel across Europe (~10%) is required.
