Position Overview
The Sales AI GTM Engineer at Karbon will transform our go-to-market operations using advanced AI techniques to optimize revenue levers across inbound, outbound, and CSQL channels.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Funnel Analysis & Lever Optimization: Use AI-powered data analysis and LLM-enhanced dashboards to identify high-impact conversion levers and test LLM-informed hypotheses.
- LLM-Powered Time Studies: Deploy AI models to analyze representative activity and automate low-value tasks.
- Predictive Signal Layer Creation: Integrate CRM and engagement data into an AI-driven predictive signal layer for enhanced sales targeting.
- Insight Automation with LLMs: Automate extraction of insights from calls, emails, and notes for pipeline forecasting.
- AI-Enabled Playbooks & Dynamic Collateral: Generate personalized sales collateral and implement automated workflows across platforms like HubSpot and Clay.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, and vector embeddings using tools like OpenAI API or LangChain.
- Proven ability in designing and optimizing AI workflows for GTM teams.
- Solid understanding of data pipelines and unstructured data analysis.
- Expertise in AI-driven summarization and insight extraction.
- Familiarity with GTM tech stacks including Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, and Outreach.
- Proficiency in SQL or Python is a plus.

Compensation
The estimated base salary range for this role is $100,000—$130,000 USD. Compensation is based on multiple factors including location, experience, and skills.
