Role Overview - AI GTM Analyst

This role leverages advanced AI and LLM techniques to optimize go-to-market operations by analyzing conversion ratios, automating insights, and generating dynamic collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Funnel Analysis: Utilize AI-powered analysis and LLM dashboards to optimize inbound, outbound, and CSQL funnels.
• LLM-Powered Time Studies: Analyze rep activity and time-to-serve to identify automation opportunities.
• Predictive Signal Layer: Integrate CRM, call, email, and product usage data to predict account behavior.
• Insight Automation: Use LLMs to structure data from calls, emails, and notes into actionable insights.
• AI-Enabled Playbooks: Generate personalized collateral and implement AI-driven workflows in platforms like HubSpot and Clay.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI, LLMs, vector embeddings (OpenAI API, LangChain, etc.).
• Ability to design, implement, and optimize AI workflows for GTM teams.
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines, unstructured data analysis, and NLP techniques.
• Expertise in using AI for summarization and actionable insights.
• Familiarity with GTM tech stacks (Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Outreach).
• Proficiency in SQL or Python is a plus.

Compensation

This is a 6-month full-time position with an estimated base salary range of $100,000–$130,000 USD. Final compensation is determined by various factors including location, experience, and skills.
