Job Overview
The Senior Manager, One-on-One Advising, Innovation & Advising role is responsible for converting prospective families into enrolled programs, matching them with the right admissions consulting services, and sourcing high-quality leads. This position blends consultative sales with proactive outreach to drive enrollment, revenue, and strategic business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct family consultations to understand educational goals and recommend tailored programs.
- Convert prospective families by delivering compelling presentations and addressing questions.
- Source and qualify new leads via proactive outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
- Manage consultation pipeline using CRM systems for tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and trends.
- Deliver limited direct admissions consulting to a select portfolio.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide insights and regular reporting to leadership.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold Kaplan's standards of trust and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business, Education, Marketing or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4+ years in a senior sales, advising, or enrollment management role.
- Proven record in consultative sales and designing revenue growth strategies.
- Experience in lead sourcing, CRM data analysis, and performance metrics.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

This role offers a competitive base salary (Salary Grade B: $64,000 - $100,000), flexible remote work, a comprehensive benefits package including retirement plans, tuition assistance, health benefits, and generous paid time off.
