Overview

Kaplan, a global leader in education for over 80 years, is seeking a Digital Product Owner to drive project success at the intersection of education and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Develop schedules to ensure timely project completion
  • Communicate project status to management and stakeholders
  • Act as liaison between IT departments and business stakeholders
  • Host cross-team meetings and drive task completion
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems or IT
  • 2+ years managing technology and operational projects
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, MS Office, and project management software
  • Excellent communication skills and facilitation capabilities
  • Ability to work in team environments with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce solutions and agile methodologies
  • Background in managing software development or IT infrastructure projects
  • Experience in the Higher Education industry and online learning systems
  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as required

Compensation & Benefits

This full-time role is classified under Salary Grade B with compensation ranging from $64,000 to $202,600. This position is Remote/Nationwide in the USA.
