Role Overview: Admissions Advisor

The Admissions Advisor advises and counsels prospective students via phone, email, and chat. The role ensures prospects receive accurate information regarding academic programs, application requirements, and enrollment procedures while upholding the highest levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise students through the admissions process and collect required documents.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate prospective students based on needs and qualifications.
  • Provide verifiable information to help applicants make informed decisions.
  • Comply with all corporate, state, and federal admissions policies.
  • Maintain continual contact and high customer service standards throughout the process.
  • Facilitate communication between Admissions and other departments.
  • Keep student records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Participate in self-improvement and career development programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Sales, Admissions, Call Center or Customer Service
  • Outbound call center experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Flexible schedule including some evenings/weekends
