Job Summary

The Outside Sales Representative at K&M Tire works under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager. The role focuses on maintaining and growing gross profit with existing accounts and acquiring new customers in the designated sales territory.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish new customers and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide detailed product information and introduce new tire lines.
  • Complete and submit daily call reports.
  • Maintain and expand the sales territory.
  • Keep all accounts current and support company goals.
  • Train customers on Weblink and evaluate them for programs.

Job Requirements

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of multiple tire lines and programs.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking, professional environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Friendly, positive attitude and a professional image.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and work independently.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-year business degree or 3 years of sales experience.
