Job Overview

K&L Gates is seeking experienced eDiscovery Lawyers with 2-5 years of experience for temporary, project-based work in either their Pittsburgh or Chicago office. This remote opportunity requires strong communication, computer skills, and team spirit. Candidates must be members of the Pennsylvania State Bar Association.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze documents during litigation, investigations, M&A, contracts, and trademarks projects.
  • Utilize and work with Relativity, with 2 years’ experience required.
  • Engage in data privacy matters and civil litigation support.
  • Collaborate closely with experienced lawyers and benefit from active mentoring.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant eDiscovery or related experience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Windows and preferably Relativity certified.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Must maintain active membership with the Pennsylvania State Bar Association.
