We develop modern SaaS solutions in-house with an international team, short distances, and plenty of creative freedom. With us, you'll accompany ideas from the first sketch to the live product. Together with the bbg bitbase group, we combine software and compliance into integrated systems for complex requirements.
Your Role
To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for an SEO-driven personality for our locations in Reutlingen and Berlin or fully remote. This person will systematically scale our organic visibility and strategically use Paid Search as a performance lever. The role combines in-house responsibility for kameon and bbg with occasional work on selected customer projects. SEO is the core of your work; Paid Search complements your strategy data-driven. Local SEO and AI Visibility offer additional creative freedom.

Your Responsibilities
SEO (Focus)
- Development and implementation of a holistic SEO strategy (Onpage, Technical, Offpage)
- Building scalable structures for B2B lead generation
- Keyword & Intent analysis along complex customer journeys
- Optimization of site structure, internal linking, and content
- Collaboration with Tech (Core Web Vitals, Crawling, Indexing, Structured Data)
- KPI definition, tracking, and continuous optimization
B2B Linkbuilding & Authority
- Building high-quality backlinks in the SaaS/B2B environment
- Identification of relevant platforms and partnerships
- Increasing domain authority
Search Ads (Google & Microsoft)
- Planning, management, and optimization of campaigns
- Responsibility for budget and performance (e.g., CPL, Conversion Rate)
- Interlinking of SEO and Paid data
- Further development of tracking & attribution (GA4)
Local SEO (Plus)
- Optimization of local visibility (GBP, NAP)
- Building local landing pages and reviews
AI Visibility (Perspective)
- Monitoring AI Search Trends
- Initial optimizations for generative search environments
Your Profile
- Several years of practical experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
- Demonstrable experience in B2B lead generation via SEO
- Experience with Google Ads; Microsoft Ads a plus
- Proficient with tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Sistrix, or Screaming Frog
- Analytical, structured, and independent way of working
- Interest in AI Search / generative search
- Fluent German and good English skills
