The Role
As an Account Manager - Tech, you work at the intersection of product expertise, customer service, and strategic thinking. You are responsible for building and maintaining key client relationships and ensuring customers fully adopt the Kaltura platform to accelerate their business goals. You provide exceptional customer support, conduct detailed customer analysis, scope new initiatives, and champion customer success.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding product and analytical support to assigned accounts.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer goals and align video usage to business outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients on creating roadmaps and establishing KPIs.
- Engage with customers via business reviews, health calls, and onsite visits.
Requirements
- 5+ years in an Enterprise Account Management role within technology/software.
- Experience working with Fortune 100 technology companies.
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to travel up to 33% and manage 10+ accounts.
- Proven track record in meeting retention and organic growth targets.
- Experience with sales pipeline, forecasting, and executing the sales process.
- Senior level presence with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in selling and supporting AI solutions deployments.
