Role Overview
As the first Growth Product Manager at Kalshi, you will drive measurable improvements in conversion and retention throughout the user journey. You will work cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, and growth teams to build new features and optimize the platform.
- Own the growth funnel from acquisition to retention.
- Analyze user behavior and optimize conversion paths.
- Run and scale experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate tests).
- Improve key flows like signup, deposits, and referrals.
- Build dashboards and measure success metrics.
What You’ll Do
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, test, and iterate experiments aimed at scaling the product. This includes setting metrics, ensuring data integrity, and rapid execution of growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years in product management, with growth focus.
- Proven track record in running A/B and multivariate tests.
- Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with statistical methods.
- Excellent prioritization, empathy, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and data scientists.
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, trading, and marketplaces.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $150,000 to $300,000 annually plus equity and full benefits.
