Commercial Plumbing Project Foreman

Kalos Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Foreman to lead and oversee commercial plumbing installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll direct field crews, ensure work is performed to spec, and keep projects on track in terms of quality, safety, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves:

• Leading and supervising plumbing crews on commercial construction projects.
• Ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with project schedules.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Communicating effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members.
• Maintaining safety standards and job site organization.
• Traveling across Florida to support projects.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation practices, and building codes.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
