Certified Nurse Assistant - HPTE SNF NU Delaware Park
Kaleida Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our HighPointe team at HPTE SNF NU Delaware Park in Buffalo, NY. Job Description
As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing direct resident care. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing, encouraging, and instructing residents in maintaining or reaching their highest level of function for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to comprehensive care plans.
- Delivering individual and comprehensive resident care under the supervision of licensed personnel.
- Reporting any deviations in resident status to the appropriate licensed personnel.
- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
Education And Credentials
- High School Graduate or GED preferred.
- Must have successfully completed a Certified Nurse Aide program.
- Must be NYS certified as a Certified Nurse Aide upon hire.
- Must successfully complete a background verification check.
Work Environment & Details
- Location: Buffalo, NY
- Work Type: Part-Time, Benefit Eligible
- Scheduled Work Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Shift 1)
- Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Yes, with rotation.
- On-Call Required: No
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
