Product Manager – SaaS / HR Tech – Kakoo

Role Overview
You will be responsible for driving the product vision, roadmap, user experience, and feature prioritization of Kakoo. You will work closely with engineering, AI, business, and leadership teams to build a scalable, world-class HR platform. We are looking for someone who understands both modern SaaS product management and HR/recruitment workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap
- Translate business vision into product features
- Work closely with engineering and AI teams
- Improve user experience and onboarding flows
- Analyze user behavior and product metrics
- Prioritize features based on business impact
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Optimize platform adoption and retention
- Help structure product strategy for global scaling
- Participate in product discovery and innovation
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Product Manager in SaaS products
- Experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of: product lifecycle, user experience, onboarding and retention, Agile methodologies, product analytics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with technical teams and leadership
Strong Plus
- HR Tech / ATS experience
- Recruitment workflow knowledge
- AI product experience
- Conversational AI or automation products
- Experience in startup environments
