About the role
Senior Brand Designer (Web) - Remote
We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to lead a full refresh of our visual identity and website experience. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and marketing - shaping how our brand is expressed and experienced across the web. You’ll work closely with leadership to define and execute a cohesive, high-performing website.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead a brand identity refresh (visual direction, color system, etc.)
- Redesign our website experience (structure, layout, user flow)
- Translate brand into a scalable design system across web and product surfaces
- Design with a focus on clarity, usability, and conversion
- Collaborate with marketing to align design with content and SEO structure
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in brand, web, or product design
- Portfolio demonstrating:
- Website redesigns and high-performing landing pages
- Brand identity work or redesigns
- Ability to define visual direction, not just execute
- Strong understanding of:
- Typography, spacing, and visual systems
- UX flows and user journeys
- Conversion-focused design principles
- Experience at early-stage or scaling startups
- Design agency background
- Experience designing modern, interactive web experiences (motion a plus)
- Experience/knowledge in collaborating with SEO is a plus
