Job Overview

The Office Manager at Kajabi is responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations and supporting internal events. The role requires exceptional organizational and administrative skills within a busy, in-office environment, working 5 days a week.

Office Management Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, inventory, and vendor relations.
  • Handle mail, delivery services, and maintain safety inspections.
  • Support financial management such as invoices and purchase requisitions.
  • Facilitate meeting setups, communications and overall office upkeep.

Internal Event Support Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute internal events and company on-sites.
  • Manage event logistics including catering, A/V, promotional materials, and reservations.
  • Collaborate with HR and various teams for engaging employee initiatives.
