About the Role

Are you an HBO student looking to gain practical experience in recruitment? This job is for you! You will join a close-knit recruitment team of three colleagues. While one colleague is on maternity leave, you will play a crucial role in temporarily taking over her tasks, with the potential to continue the collaboration after her leave. This position offers significant responsibility and the freedom to work independently.

Within the team, you will actively contribute to campus recruitment, helping to attract young talent and enhance our visibility among students and starters. You will also maintain and expand contacts with candidates, educational institutions, business unit managers, and other stakeholders. You will brainstorm employer branding strategies targeting students, screen resumes, assist in selection processes, help organize in-house days and career events, and contribute to recruitment campaigns and social media content.

What You Will Do

  • Support campus recruitment activities (e.g., events, school collaborations) and act as a central point of contact.
  • Maintain and expand contacts with candidates, educational institutions, business unit managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to employer branding strategies focused on students.
  • Screen resumes and support selection processes.
  • Assist in organizing in-house days and career events.
  • Collaborate on recruitment campaigns and social media content.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing an HBO degree in HRM, Communication, Psychology, Business Administration, Personnel & Labor, or similar, with an interest in recruitment and labor market communication.
  • Strong communication and proactive skills.
  • Structured work approach with initiative.
  • Flexible availability.
