As a Graduate Business Development Analyst, CRM, you will quickly gain independent task responsibility, supported by daily sparring with colleagues and your manager, along with a dedicated mentor and a subject matter expert in the department to ensure comprehensive guidance. We practice value-based leadership, trusting you to tackle tasks from day one.

Your 18-Month Graduate Journey

You will be employed as an Analyst in Business Development, CRM. The 18-month program is structured into three six-month modules: Introduction, Rotation, and Specialization.

  • Introduction Module: During the first six months, you will quickly take on your own tasks, becoming an integral part of the department. Your professional profile will develop through courses, webinars, and training, preparing you for a successful career within the Jyske Bank Group.
  • Rotation Module: We will collaboratively design a rotation path tailored to you. This might involve exploring other departments, gaining new knowledge, practical experience, and valuable skills for your CV.
  • Specialization Module: This final module focuses on building upon your knowledge of the group and your personal strengths, continuously enriching your professional expertise through further courses, webinars, and education.

Key Responsibilities as a Graduate Business Development Analyst, CRM

You will be instrumental in analyzing customer data, behavioral patterns, and product information. Your insights will be crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and empowering employees. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Needs analysis
  • Development of data models
  • Analysis of results
  • Collaboration with business units
  • Formulating recommendations for optimizing and streamlining campaigns and sales strategies

You will join a team of skilled colleagues with extensive experience and expertise in CRM and data analysis. Our Recruitment Process

Please submit your application, CV, and academic transcripts as soon as possible, and no later than March 15th, as applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. The initial interview will be conducted online via Teams. Candidates advancing will be invited for a physical interview, which will include two analyses: a logical analysis and a personality analysis. HR Recruitment Partner Amalie Stensgaard and hiring manager John Falk will participate in both interviews.

Your workplace will be at our new domicile on Kalvebod Brygge in Copenhagen, conveniently located near the city center with harbor views. Excellent parking and public transport options are available nearby.
