Job Purpose
As a Service Technician/Diesel Mechanic, you will perform routine maintenance, assist in vehicle repairs, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our company values.
Shift & Schedule
Monday-Friday, 3:30pm to midnight.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Honor Commitments: Conduct diagnostics and inspections, repair and adjust vehicle components, control corrosion, and complete winterization procedures.
- Create Positive Experiences: Provide exceptional customer service, assist in vehicle repairs, and maintain transparent vehicle records.
- Foster Lifelong Learning: Stay updated on federal and state vehicle regulations and expand technical skills through training.
- Exhibit Pioneering Spirit: Embrace challenges and seek innovative solutions to improve service delivery.
- Demonstrate Good Stewardship: Maintain a clean workspace and ensure efficient operation of shop equipment while following safety protocols.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Competencies & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Automotive repair or heavy-duty truck maintenance experience is preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred or obtainable.
- Dependable attendance.
