Who You Are

The Marketing Operations team at Justworks is seeking a dynamic and experienced Campaign Operations Analyst to seamlessly execute and optimize omni-channel marketing campaigns. This role involves building, executing, and tracking campaigns across email, SMS, in-app, and more, collaborating with various marketing teams, and leveraging multiple marketing technologies.

Your Success Profile

  • Oversee multi-channel campaign execution including email, SMS, and in-app communications.
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing to ensure campaign integration and transparency.
  • Develop campaign workflows, approval, and measurement processes.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms, event platforms, CRM, and CDPs.
  • Leverage A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization techniques.
  • Conduct user interviews and define SLAs with clear intake architecture.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to streamline campaign execution.

You will apply business insight, functional expertise, creative thinking, effective teamwork, nimble learning, and networking skills to drive successful campaign operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years in a marketing role (operations, lifecycle, digital, demand generation)
  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, Customer.io)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and managing multiple marketing platforms
  • Ability to maintain data hygiene and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • SaaS experience is a plus

Compensation & Additional Information

The base wage range for the New York City office is targeted at $86,000.00 to $94,600.00 per year. Actual compensation is based on factors such as skill set, experience, and work location.
