About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Your main goal is to generate profitable sales, not just traffic or engagement. If you don’t understand ROAS, CAC, and scaling — this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Meta Ads (Primary Focus): Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram), build funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF), test multiple creatives (statics + influencer videos), audience targeting (interests, lookalikes, retargeting), and daily monitoring & scaling of winning ad sets to reduce CPA and improve ROAS.
- Google Ads: Manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), optimize product feeds for Shopping Ads, conduct keyword research & bidding strategies, set up conversion tracking & analytics, and implement retargeting via Google Display Network.
- Performance & Analytics: Track and analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rate. Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and Conversion API. Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Creative Strategy: Work with the content team to suggest high-converting ad creatives, improve hooks, angles, and messaging, and identify winning creatives for aggressive scaling.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (D2C preferred).
- Proven track record of scaling ads profitably.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboard.
- Experience with Shopify stores is a BIG plus.
- Data-driven mindset (no guesswork marketing).
