About the Role

The Lead Technology Strategy & Operations Analyst acts as an internal consultant and data investigator working directly with the CTO and Technology Leadership Team. This strategic role is focused on unlocking organizational speed by transforming complex engineering metrics into a clear, commercially-aware Technology Scorecard, and recommendations for strategic investments and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Data-drive the strategy with organisational health insights and performance metrics.
• Develop and manage a Technology Scorecard using metrics from Jira, GitHub, and other tools.
• Apply Value Stream Mapping and Theory of Constraints to diagnose bottlenecks.
• Translate complex quantitative analysis into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Design and build self-service dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.

Skills and Experience

• Exceptional data analysis and visualization skills with mandatory SQL expertise.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience using engineering tools such as Jira, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD platforms.
• Ability to use process optimisation frameworks like Lean and Theory of Constraints.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
